I felt like I was watching that movie for ever. it was a total disney movie. Id say, wait for it to come on television.

continuing my own foreign film festival, i watched verhoeven's Turks Fruit (Turkish Delight)
Very earthy ...More sex, more loss ... these europeans make great films but holy shit ... not a lot of happy endings kids. the pennance for natural beautiful nudity .. appears to be death. i'll tell you .. that in the last 3 movies i've watched .. i've seen more dick than George Michaels at a private bathhouse.

liked it .. typical Mann .. tightly wound .. and great pacing .. Less of the usual emphasis on the music this time .. wit the exception of one shitty song in the middle .. He's usually a lot more plugged in to what the kids are into ... I mean - music was there, and figured throughout the film .. but its more laid back .. probably because Mann is a lot older now.
