Yeah, it's quite good, very fresh - I had mine out but it's a pretty simple dish if one is so inclined to make it.
Fuckers forgot my free miso soup though...that was a bit annoying...

A chocolate coated Anzac biscuit, we made plenty.
Also ate a shortbread, and sampled the chocolate/vanilla pastry cremes we cooked up for later use.
So much sugar...

I drank half a bottle of port that I am soaking fruit in to make my christmas pudding with. I also made a pumpkin,eggplant and tofu curry, but I haven't eaten that yetbut I tried it and it does damn good.......

I reckon pumpkin compliments tofu pretty well, and has almost the prefect dispersal ratio for a curry...

Yeah, the pumpkin adds to the sauce quite well, sri lankan pumpkin curry is really nice if you haven't tried it.
