Loved Burn After Reading. I thought all of the actors did a great job with their characters. Funny stuff!

I like The Sum of All Fears. But then, I like most disaster movies.

Slumdog Millionaire (2008)

4/5

An important step in Danny Boyle's career and a risk that will end up rewarded. It certainly isn't conventional, that's for sure. Echoes of City of God resonate throughout the film, though Boyle's slum is much more personable. Still, there is something distant about the film which often kept me on the outside; the film works like a fairy tale, and though the story is magical and charming when it comes together, it isn't relatable. For what it is, though, the film succeeds; it has a pulse, relaying its story with never a dull moment or an unnecessary one. Original, and certainly one of the year's best.

I agree with all of that sentiment. I thought that the movie charmed me all the way through. What a surprise from Boyle, too! I thought that it would be a bit more raw and violent... Though I'm glad that it wasn't.

I highly recommend. it.

I think I'd give it a 4/5 too.

Manhunter (1986) - 9.5/10.

Much better than The Silence of the Lambs in my opinion.

Last House on the Left

Haven't see this in forever. Cheesey gorefest with some moments of over the top comedy, yet it still packs a ounch as a violent gory horror film.

Tell me about it. The ending leaves the doors wide open for it, too.

Its a shame nobody has thought of making one, yet.
