The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) in 3D.

My third year seeing it, and it's still wonderful.

Shorts -
Trick or Treat (Disney cartoon)
Vincent
Frankenwienie

Movies -
Twilight Zone: The Movie
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
Saw V

Saw V - I really liked this one, I agreed with my buddy when he said that it seems to be drifting more toward a gory crime drama and that's a good thing I think. If they're going to continue with more movies than the focus shifting more toward detective work will really fit the series. I also liked the fact that MOST of the traps were less sophisticated in V than previous movies.

*MINOR SPOILER*

Did anybody else think that, since V starts immediately after IV, there is a possibility that Hoffman has not even been to the autopsy of Jigsaw yet? Especially since in the beginning of IV he says that if he is hearing the tape he's probably the last one standing and that he won't walk away "undented". I'm kind of banking on the fact that the beginning of IV will be the beginning of VI as well but who knows.

The Mole People (1956)

After watching this movie, decided to look it up on IMDB...I have no idea why this movie gets so much hate! MST3K even had a show with it...

I thought this was a great fun little sci-fi flick. Sure it was cheesy, but what 50's monster movie isnt? I thought the monsters were really cool, the "human" villains were great (Who knew Alfred could be so evil?), and the overall concept was an awesome fantasy/sci-fi plot.

Sure, the actors are a little wooden, and the effects are a little shaky...who the hell cares? If you like 50's sci-fi, this is pretty near a must-see.

Completely agree. I thought I was the only person that hated that movie.
When it gets to the part at the hotel, that was where I really felt like I had just wasted time watching it.

Javier Bardem's character was pretty cool, but unfortunately the movie as a whole did nothing for me.
