Original.
Yeah it was a bit predictable, but fun and enjoyable nevertheless. Good film to watch when you are bored and need quite a bit of entertainment.
I won't bother with the remake that's for sure.

Last one - The Dark.

almost forgot :

Excalibur. hadn't seen it in quite a while - watched the HD-DVD last night.

i still really enjoy ALL the performances - especially Nicol Williamson's Merlin
but the film is in serious need of remixing - the sound is off in a lot of scenes and the bachground music needs to be readjusted and brought up in several places.

maybe some tighter editing in some spots as well. (and better Lady in the Lake special effects)

but still a fun movie ...

Arahan.
It would have been better if it didn't fall flat in the middle. Too much slapstick would be my complaint.

Donnie Darko: Director's cut and Bubbleboy

It was the weekend of Jake Gyllenhall. For as stupid as Bubble Boy is, I dont think it would have been nearly as good if a lesser actor had been in the lead role. And Swoozie Kurtz is godamn hilarious...

I would be interested to hear what you think, I know I hated it far more than it deserved. My husband wasn't exactly impressed either, but he didn't dislike it as much as I did. I think he just thought it was pretty forgettable.

Anyway, I am watching Rounders right now.
