short but challenging single player. Beat it on Hardened, Im not even going to attempt it on veteran, its near impossible.

Yes COD 4 in veteran is a challenge.Took me a long time to beat it.Some levels had me so mad I almost threw my controller.

Lots of challenge room stuff still, and of course I could always go back and do it all again on Hard.

I think there was maybe 3 of them all up across the 16-bit titles?

Man, gotta say as I have before, I really miss the 16-bit era.
Games are great now, don't get me wrong...but there's something of the simplicity of a good top-down rpg or beat 'em up that I just loved.
