i started watching Ryeong (aka The Ghost aka Dead Friend)
and fell asleep. (this is a 2004 Korean film) and yes .. it has water and long black hair. because of the damn 'AKAs' i realized last night that I bought this same movie 3 times.

Kairo
This film is a masterpiece that is without a doubt Kurosawa's crowning achievement, and that is really saying a lot considering all of the excellent films he's made. This is perhaps the deepest horror film I've ever seen, dealing with themes of isolation, loneliness, death, and nihilism. You must see this film. Overall: 10/10 EDIT: Something I forgot to mention earlier... If you have a surround sound system, you will really get a lot out of the sound in this film. There are certain scenes where it will sound like the ghosts are whispering right in your ear. Awesome stuff.
