I decided to use my roald dahl recipe book (author of matilda, charlie and the chocolate factory etc.).

Green pea soup (the witches) - Really hard to make from scratch
Fresh Mudburgers (James and the Giant Peach)
With potato wedges and baked beans. Suprisingly tasty.

Baked whole trout with ginger,lemon and chillie, broc and cauli with white sauce.

And white wine.

Tilapia- pan roasted with salt, pepper, lemon and olive oil sided with garlic,olive oil and fresh herbed angel hair pasta.
Patrizzi Moscato D'Asti was the drink that just went heavenly with this meal.
