I hate the Omen, and while Dawn of the Dead is a classic, I like Cronenberg too much to let him get shut out. The Brood.

Evil children were still a pretty novel topic in the 70s, so The Omen's impact was a bit greater then, than it is for today's jaded audiences. Besides- it had one of my favorite little known actresses- Billie Whitelaw.

I vote for The Omen, and a pox on you haters.

The Omen is solid. I prefer the sequel however.
