whole trout baked with fresh corriander, ginger, lime and jalepenos. served with new potatoes and steamed brocoli.

Slice some of those chillis really fine, like REALLY fine, then over the top, pour drops of boiling sesame oil, it cooks the chilli, drives the flavour of the herbs/spices into the fish and really crisps up the skin...just thought I'd throw that in there.
Me, I just burned some doja shortly after waking up....gonna make some tea and consider some food options then = loving sundays...

Had a great steak and liver with mushroom Guiness Pie the other day, made from scratch, awesome.

the trout wasn't scaled, and I couldn't be bothered, so just peeled it back.


What I did mean to do but forgot was cook a clove of garlick with some olive oil in foil and squeeze it on to it after it was cooked.

It was damn tasty still, yeah I gutted it, but don't have a proper scaler and always seem to miss bits with a serated knife.. shame, I love fish skin.
