Definitely, taxes are an important issue, but I as a Libertarian, believe that I should be the one to decide how much of my money goes to the Government. This country survived for more than 100 years, without an income tax. The income tax was brought about to help pay for reconstruction after the Civil War.

Whose earning the money? I AM! So I should get to decide how much I wanna keep. If this were the case in reality, I would keep every DAMN sent! SCREW the GOVERNMENT!! The main reason our taxes are so high is because the Federal Gov't has become to powerful. If you read the constitution, the Fed. Gov't's is really restricted to take care of the following: Defense, The Printing of Currency, and To Make Sure One State Doesn't 'Step on the Toes' of Another State.

So as far as I'm concerned, get rid of the IRS, legalize drugs, get rid of the gun control laws, give me free medical care.

How the fuck should I know probably!
Why? Because it's a brilliant film, it's so funny, and the soundtrack kicks fucking ass!

Me either, but I figure Kerry's the lesser of two evils.

The ad is misleading. It chides Kerry on voting for "high taxes", without mentioning that the Vice President voted for 144 tax and fee increases that became law while he was a house member from Wyoming.

I'd rather be taxed to death and ALIVE than have a bit more money and be stuck in a nucular wasteland thanks to the Bush family.

Sorry that you don't find this interesting or relevant. Nice double standard there, trying to tell me not to post about the election, while at the same time trying to tell me that you aren't trying to impose censorship...

And speaking of relevance, what was the point of your post? To tell me to stop talking about something... Sorry, but that is the definition of censorship.

It's isn't my millionth anti-Kerry post, in fact it's only the second thread I've started on the topic. Both were just links, too, so it isn't even like I was sitting here trying to tell anyone who to vote for. I've commented plenty in political threads started by others, but it's always my opinion, and whether you like it or not, I am allowed to have one and state it if I so desire.

As for throwing it in yours faces... puh-lease! I read at least a dozen anti Bush comments on this site each and every day. If you don't agree with my opinion, that's fine, don't come to either of my clearly labeled anti-Kerry threads. No one's forcing you to.
