i just read on a french site that negociations are being held between sam raimi and new line studios, so it's not official... yet.

and right now Robert Englund is more marketable than Bruce Campbel, so Campbel wouldn't get top billing.

Plus, that's obviously a picture from Army of Darkness

No doubt. Campbell did a good job in Bubba Ho Tep though. When was the last Englund film before Freddy vs. Jason anyways?

he did some foreign flick, but before that he did a movie called Wish You Were Dead.


But he's got that shitty reality show, so that's something.
