You didn't like the 28 Days/Weeks movies?

Doomsday I found almost unwatchable.

Bwind - You might like Feast II and III - While the first one is a siege film, the second and third are more post-apocalyptic... I wasn't a huge fan (because I LOVED the first one), but you might dig them.

Yep, I've seen all the feast films. Very strange trilogy. Splattery gore, lots of funny bits, but in general, bad plots.

That's not out over in the Uk yet? It's been out here for months. It'll probably be available on DVD in a month or two.

In any event, I don't think any of the Feast films really fall in to the Post-Apocalyptic Survival Horror category.
