I just watched it again. They should get the trees cards. A card for each tree that says "I love you, tree", and then nail them to the trees. Then, they should print flyers, encouraging others to give the trees cards. And books. About Trees.

It made me realize what an asshole I am. I could not look away, and could not think of enough horrific things to say or do. I honestly would antagonize these people to violent rage if I had access to them, simply because I would think it was funny, and I have no impulse control with these things. I think it comes from being a little brother.

Shaggy was a beatnik, not really a hippie (more of a proto-hippie). Hannah Barbera was stuck firmly in 50s sterotypes, so he was a different breed of annoying useless moron. Now he can live and you can have a clean consience fo rnot letting unecesarry hippie-livage :)
