As for the Will Ferrel conversation I hated him on SNL, but I actually find him quite charming in his movies (Elf, Stranger than Fiction, and even Bewitched is a fantastically guilty pleasure movie).

As for actor replacements, I find it strange that Woody Allen is constantly looking for actors to replace him in his own films; Kenneth Branagh in Celebrity, Jason Biggs in Anything Else. I think that Matthew Broderick would do a pretty good anxious guy and fill those shoes a little bit better.

Right off the top of my head I would have liked to seen James Woods replaced in John Carpenters Vampires.dont get me wrong I think he's a great actor they could have just found somebody more suited for that role.
