If you like the girl, there's no reason why you can't have a friendship...it might be really cool, but don't get involved again. When things end badly, it's because it wasn't meant to be.

It's tricky territory you are entering and it will certainly require a level of emotional maturity. If you feel you aren't up for it, you might want to (very politely, yet firmly) decline her request to meet.

She'll stop eventually, I had a girl stalk me for two years. My girlfriend at the time (my wife now) didn't like the roses and notes on my windshield and her showing up at my house in the middle of the night but even she got the hint after constant pushing.
