Thanks for the help guys...But, apparently this is a specific creature from the game...It's name is Angol and it's a fish-type thing with a blue head and body, and a yellow/peach colored belly, with a spiked tail...
Anyone seen anything like this from the Bomberman games?

Its a specific power-up character (power-up characters are called charaboms in the Bomberman game) named Angol which gives Bomberman a Power Glove and Bomb Kick, when he equips himself with that character.
"#13 - Angol Found: Holsigen Base, Nekki Moon (4-1) Attribute: Fire/Water Ability: Power Glove + Bomb Kick - Bomb throwing and kicking are powered up."
