Actually, the best hangover cure should be taken before you pass out. Take some Advil and a multi vitamin. You should wake up feeling ok.
As far as now, the only thing I can tell you is take some Advil and choke down another drink. Usually if you wake up hungover, a drink or two will allow you to pass right back out. If you can't pass out, you're gonna have to eat something heavy and have some caffeine.

Try some scrambled eggs, the protien in them helps. Some toast too, nice and mild. Don't eat too much of either, just enough to get something in your tummy. And water, alcohol will dehydrate you. Water will not only re-hydrate, but will help flush the toxins out of your body. Then go back to bed. Chicken noodle soup also always helps me, no matter what I feel shitty from.
