Coffin shaped guitar cases already exist. I've seen them around for a while (I used to work at a music gear store). They had them for basses and guitars often with a red velvet lining. No smoke or sound effects when you open them though!
:) I thought it was tempting, but I ultimately prefer a sturdy gig bag with two straps. I would probably be physically unable to heft the huge case holding my bass (which is already almost bigger than me on it's own!) Maybe if I get roadies one day... |
