Iron Man [REALLY hope this one isnt bullshit]
Fantastic Four 2 [Hopefully they come up with a better name]
Punisher 2 [Could be pretty good]
Wolverine [Spinoff from the X-Men franchise]
Captain America [Could go either way...]
fastastic four was one of the worst movies ive seen in a long time. the scenes were completely cliche and there was absolutely no character development. although i must admit i didnt mind the presence of jessica alba, i actually think this film actually made me dumber. i would give it a -4/10. as for the sequel, it will more than likely suck balls.

I quite enjoyed FF. It was definatly a check your mind at the door, sit back, relax, and enjoy type of film....but I like that kind of film, every once in awhile:D

Iron Man No Longer at New Line?
Source: Variety October 24, 2005

In an article talking about New Line Cinema, Variety mentions that the studio is likely dropping Iron Man:

Marvel superhero "Iron Man" looks likely to revert back to the comicbook publisher after more than two years of fruitless development.

We'll have to wait and see how this turns out.

Fantastic Four Sequel Date Set
Source: liesse00 October 21, 2005

Box Office Mojo reports that 20th Century Fox is eyeing a July 4th, 2007 release date for the Fantastic Four sequel. It is the same date on which DreamWorks was hoping to have the big screen Transformers in theaters.

Stay tuned for whether or not any of this will change.

Iron Man Returns to Marvel
Source: Variety November 3, 2005

Variety has confirmed that after more than two years of unsuccessful development at New Line, Marvel has taken back film rights to Iron Man, the comic book about an inventor who dons a high-tech suit and becomes a superhero.

The company may raise additional money to produce Iron Man itself as part of its new internal production slate. In such a case, the film would likely be distributed by Paramount, where Marvel has a distribution deal.

"Right now we're concentrating on finding the right creative talent," explained Marvel Studios' Avi Arad. "It's not a part of our slate deal, but we can raise the money to do it if we choose to. We would also have no difficulty licensing it to another studio."

Late last year, the studio announced Nick Cassavetes was attached to direct, but it turned out The Notebook helmer never had a deal. Drafts by Alfred Gough & Miles Millar (Smallville) and David Hayter (X-Men) didn't get traction.

Marvel will now start development from scratch, commissioning a new script and possibly attaching a director before deciding whether to finance the film itself or license it again. Cassavetes remains a candidate to direct, Arad said.

It might be good for a fight here and there but I think that the story is going to be severly lacking. It kinda looks like Aeon Flux that movie based off of the MTV series.
