What's wrong with Titanic:confused:

I really didn't care for The Ring and I hear so many rave about it. *yawnz*

But I really dont see where you found the character development in there? I found that basically, they just introduced the characters and said a bit about them, and that was all. Dont get me wrong, Im not sayng that this was a bad movie, overall it was pretty good. Just not as good as it is hyped up to me. This is all my opinion however, and Im not trying to knock yours.

And btw Alky...you started the thread, but no imput yet! Whats the deal?:p
Well, I found The Exorcist REALLY cheap yesterday, so I bought it. Ill give it another chance....I probably just didnt like it because I had finished the book less than a week before watching the movie. It was still fresh in my mind, and I was really psyched about seeing the movie.

Hopefully thats why...:)

Haha sorry. Like I said, The Omen, man...hmm, lemme think...what else...

Although it's not horror, I really didn't like Dr. Strangelove, yet I love Kubrick and I LOVE Peter Sellers.
What? Is it possible to love Kubrick, and love Sellers, but not this movie? Perhaps you didn't get it was a black comedy? I'm not saying that to be a smart ass, but a few people I knew watched it as a straight drama. They hated it. I informed them it was a black comedy, and they liked it better the second viewing.

My vote goes with An American Werewolf In London. Wasn't that funny, wasn't that scary. Just 'meh' for me. It wasn't bad, but I don't consider it a classic.

Haha actually someone who doesn't really know me very well got it for me for my birthday, so I gave it a second viewing and liked it a lot actually. I was in a better mood when I watched it. The first time I had seen it was about a day after my girlfriend dumped me after informing me she'd cheated on me. Liked it much more now. (It might help that I was younger then...I saw it when I was 13 or 14)

Actually I really liked American Werewolf in London. Not very scary, no, but funny enough, and it has that "good movie" feeling that sticks to you after you watch it.

My personal SHITTER movie:

Fargo......

God I hate this movie with a passion.

It even won an Oscar(s) if I remember correctly. I would rather watch snot running out of a kids nose for two hours then sit through this piece of shit again!
