by senior pics you mean school/college pics.... were they done through school? by that I mean, the school arranges the stuff and everyone turns up and gets their pic taken. Go and complain to the school and get them involved. When I was at school, anything like this was done by a photo company hired by the school to take the pics.

good idea except it would have to be a bulk of other students complaining as well

so i say just take u and ur parents to the busines and find the manager :) (which would be a problem obviously, if this is a 1 person business.. which it most likely isnt )

I don't know to much about where we got them and stuff, but i know that they were not through school, after going through cap and gown shit with them i won't trust them for shit

how were they payed for? credit card? if so contact your CC company and complain that the goods received were not to expectations of what you were told you'd receive, or they were in no way to the quality of Senior Photos, and they should sort out getting the money back.

I'm not too clued up on CC legalities in the US, but thats what we can do in the Uk and it usuallly sorts out problems of this sort.

looks like you'll have to get the parents down the photo place then, if they're not happy with them.
