Havent seen the first, although i plan to. I heard it was excellent and kept you guessing. But maybe we need a new franchise. New horror has been sucking moose balls lately. I have heard from everyon that i spoke to that it was awesome.

Wow! My opinion is just about the exact opposite of everyone elses here.
I didn't really like the first one. It started good, had a lot of potential... Then by the end, there were so many unfilled plotholes, I was left like... "What the fuck, that was stupid." I think a sequal is very neccesary to this movie because the first one didn't really explain shit well. Don't get me wrong, 'SAW' was pretty good for a modern horror movie, but it wasn't as cool as they made it look in the trailers. (Still better than Seed of Chucky though.)

hm..i just wouldnt think it would be right.
If they go for a prequel I doubt it be too exciting & have all those kool self torture scenes because we already saw each scene from the first movie. If they go for a sequal it would be stupid because we know who the killer is & the whole aspect of finding out the killer would be major poo poo.
