That is one of my all-time favorite movies. I've seen it 100+ times.

The Fog (1979)

Sadly, I saw the remake first, so that killed a bit of this one. I will say though, if at any way possible, watch this one and skip the remake. The remake will murder this movie for you. And that is something you don't want because this was a pretty damn good movie.

The Boogeyman 3: Return Of The Boogeyman

Now I think I see why this was in the video nasties collection. It was just a very stupid movie. Who in their right mind would put this garbage on a store shelf. It's most just a narrated version of the first movie in the series. Deffinetly skip this one.

Tonight, I'll either be watching

North by Northwest, which I once saw at the age of 13. I don't remember it very much, just that I thought it was very good. I'm told it's quite enjoyable and look foward to seeing it again after this long.

Children of Men, which I've yet to see at all.
I hear it's very good, and I like the film style of the guy who did it, thus far.
After seeing a trailer of this film way back when, thinking the plot KINDA resembled that of a comic I quite like "Y the Last Man"....or, an epidemic of similar nature anyhows. I like Clive Owen too, and assume he'll be as good as ever...this was one of those films I'm fairly certain I wanted to see, so I bought the dvd as soon as I saw it, and it's been lying here ever since.

Well yeah, it'll be one of those.

They're both excellent films...the difference is, North by Northwest is just exciting, nostalgic action fun, whereas Children of Men is very heavy, very powerful stuff. If your mind isn't crystal clear and your eyes wide open, watch North by Northwest. Otherwise, you'll be blown away by Children of Men.

It's huge entertainment. The cast just carries the film so beautifully that the three hour movie goes by incredibly fast, and you're almost left wanting more.

You have good taste, my friend.

Smokin' Aces- 7/10 It was good, great gun action towards the end, some cool twists and turns, cool characters. The problem is that you can't find a character that you like, everyone's too guilty as it is. I did like Alicia Key's character though, mean black women are always entertaining.

Casino Royale- 9/10 This is one of my favorite movies now. Not because of the action, but because of the style. It's perfectly done, just... everything. The dialogue is outstanding, especially between bond and his women, haha. The action, however, is fantastic, especially the nail gun fight, muahahaha. I love the card game scenes too, very drawn out, kinda suspenseful if you think about it. It's just an amazing movie, love it to death.

One of the few remakes I flat out refuse to see; I usually at least try to give a film a chance, remake or not, but I love the original, and I can't see myself being anything but disgusted by the remake......

Let's see......last movies watched were American History X, one of my favorites, and I'll Sleep When I'm Dead, good cast, great potential, but the movie just falls apart along the way. Too many questions left unanswered, and honestly, it seemed as if the writer just didn't know how to handle the subject matter at times.

For A Few Dollars More again.

i rate this below TGTB&TU and A Fistful Of Dollars.

TGTB&TU was perfect in every aspect.

A Fistful Of Dollars set up a strange and surreal enviroment. nice atmosphere and some great action. loved it.

For A Few Dollars More i feel falls below the other 2. still an excellent film no doubt, i just dont find it to be quite as entertaining.
