Haha thanks. He saw it at a drive-in when it first came out. This was the first horror movie I ever heard of...he used to tell me stories about how gross it was. I just received the poster in the mail a few days ago and it's in better condition than any original old movie poster i've ever seen. The thing feels like it's never been unrolled...seller says it's been rolled in plastic for the last 30 years and by the feel of it, I believe him. The material is a dead give-away that it's no spring chicken, but you won't be able to feel that once its in a frame.

Haha yah. Creepshow's always in there. My search for Creepshow 2 in the bin continues...

But yah, the one I got those from had all the Nightmare on Elm Street movies, Cabin Fever, a bunch of low-budgets, Ninth Gate...these are just some that I was considering buying, but they had a shit-load.

I went to Suncoast at the mall and checked out their bargain rack......got "The Vampire Collection Vol 2" with 5 cheap good movies including two Naschy flicks, "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things," and a couple of Filipino horror flicks. A VERY nice mixture for $7.99.

Alky-

I didnt think Creepshow 2 was very good. It really shows that Romero wasnt directing, the style is totally different and not nearly as cool. OK movie I guess, but doesnt even hold a candle to #1. Worth seeing once, but if I'd had a choice, I definatly wouldnt have bought it. My recomendation is save your $13 [thats what it cost me, and I got it in the states so US$], and just rent/download it.

The stories were OK. Ol' Chief Woodenhead was stupid until it was almost over [It did get REALLY cool at the end though], The Raft was BY FAR the best of the lot, but still not comparable to even the worst of #1, and The Hitchhiker was boring and didnt make much sence. And as I mentioned before, it all but abandons the style that George set in the original.

I guess it's worth seeing for yourself though....
