The man in the Iron Mask.
Initially when it first came out, I dismissed this as yet another attempt to lure the masses of females that seem(ed) obsessed at the time with the "14 y.o lesbian" looks of Leo...so never quite got to see it. Since then, I've seen the guy in a few decent films, and where he's far from one of my favourite actors personally, he's taken on a few good roles in a few good films. So, when I saw this one on the tv guide, decided to watch it. Didn't have a clue really what it was about, but essentially what it turned out to be was a pretty damn good musketeers story, with a sideline. I enjoyed it, by far exceeded my expectations.

Double Feature:
Cat People / Curse of the Cat People Cat People was fantastic...a little slow paced, but still very effective. Curse...eh, not so much. It just seemed so pointless...the plot goes nowhere, and half the characters are either total idiots or completly useless. At least the first one was good:)

White Christmas (1954)- Still the second greatest Christmas flick of all time in my books...Bing Crosby? Check. Danny Kaye? Check. Rosemary Clooney? Check.
Elf- Loved this one since the day it came out in theatres. Bought it the day it came out on DVD. I've watched it a thousand times since then, and it never gets old. Great holiday fun. Favreau is really great. Two great holiday flicks today! |

The bus scene is superb! Cat People is a fine wine. It only improves with age. |

Christmas Vacation: Fell asleep on the couch (late night the night before)
Ice Age 2: Entertaining, but cant hold a candle to the first one. The Ref: I LOVE this movie.... Dennis Leary is a god....
