i'm pretty sure i said anythign will do if you don't have one... oh wait, are you talking about my omlette response? milk for lightness? i guess you can. that's why i cook it at a high temp. the moisture in the eggs will turn to vapor and make the eggs fluffy. also i think i forgot to mention this but a typical french style omlette should take 30 secs to cook in the pan. very quick. it's one of the most popular lunch items at the restaurant. prolly for that very reason. come in, sit down, order an omlette with a salad or fries, eat it, get out.
HALF A CUP... NO LESS!!! just fyi clogged arteries are a result of trans fatty acids or cholestrol. noth of which are not found in olive oil.

When I went to america in 05, I was disgusted by the hash brown I got. Instead of battered potato that's been cut up, I got a plate of potato that's been grated in the same fashion as cheese and put under the grill for a couple of minutes. It's little things that make life shit. DAMN YOU iHop!

do yourself a favor and stay away from the mcdonalds at breakfast time... actaully you should stay away from the mcdonalds regardless.
