The Abdominal Dr. Phibes (make a good crunch exercise commercial)
I'd say by the end, Dr Phibes character made more sense to me than Carrie. I don't think there was enough to work with for Spacek, but I didn't believe Carrie would start murdering her enemies, let alone strangers, like she did at the end. Charlie in Frightnight is a nice chap, who I completely forgot about at the end. For me, finding Charlie as my favorite character in horror film would be like my favorite color being clear. |
