Thank god. i was afraid he would not get any votes for some reason.
I can recall exactly the moment i thought he was great: When Andy Kubert took over the X-Men series from Jim Lee, there was an issue where Scott Summers is walking in the woods with the man who raised him. One panel shows him yanking off his glasses and blasting the old guy, and the next thing you know, there is sinister grinning at him, explaining that Cyclops' power USED to be able to harm him but not any more. All this while there is a gigantic hole ripped in his midsection. That attrocious cartoon made him intop a kind of a wuss. And a dork.
