THE RESIDENT (2011). Hammer film has a lot going for it, but story becomes silly and while not bad, not that great either. One of Chris Lee's last films. **1/2

Not hard, but I'm not afraid to talk about Fight Club...
The Tyler Durden nihilistic philosophy is church! |

Bunnyman Vengeance. 2017. 7/10
Director: Carl Lindbergh ![]() The third and final film of the series. I really liked this, all of the movies in fact. It had some dodgy but forgivable CGI and its quite violent. I may purchase all three films, very revisitable. Matriarch, 2019.6/10 Director: Scott Vickers ![]() Us, 2019. 7/10 Director: Jordan Peele ![]() This was okay. Better than the usually Hollywood mainstream fare. Had some good creep factors, ie them in the driveway and trying to get in the house. Lovely. The Highwaymen, 2019, 7/10 Director: John Lee Hancock ![]() Two great actors and a nice take on the Bonnie & Clyde saga.

THE FIELDS 2011
A young boy spends a few weeks at the family farm with his grandparents while his parents are trying to sort out their marital problems. But something in the cornfield starts terrorizing him. More creepy than scary and quite well-done. |
