In 'Mortuary' where I think it's the mum being killed by a poker in her bed and her body looks like a pillow case filled with jam! Classy.

Not so much blood and guts make-up but the fake beard in the movie "Detour" made me just go "The hell where they thinking?". It looked like they'd glued dryer lint to his face.
