Does anyone think that the new Amityville Horror is gonna be screwed up?
I have a feeling that "The New" Amityville Horror is going to be screwed up by someone twisting the original storyline. On the other hand that couls be good for the story and even worse it could be VERY VERY BAD! So post ur thoughts if u have any and make sure to see the movie cuz i know i will!(even if it sux)
btw don't waste ur money on renting The Grudge cuz that sux! (Sorry if i offended anybody but those are my opinions so I can't take them back.)

I think Im gonna buy the new boxset w/ the 1st three movies, if I do Ill go to the remake [It has a free ticket], but I wont go otherwise.

There are two reasons I'm going to see this remake. 1) I loved the first one and am curious to how the remake fares up to it and 2) Van Wilder a.k.a. Ryan Reynolds is in it. ROCK ON!:D

I liked the orginale when a was young...now I dont find it scary at all...number 2 is a little better and its a prequel....
I saw a trailer of the remake and it looked like a typical american horror movie.....too fast and too much cdi.....I little like the terrible new version of "The Hauting"..

I think the remake is going to be nice and gorey. The original didn't try to push the envelope just tell the story about a family that lived there. Studios are having it out with special effects, trying to make the coolest, cleanest looking cgi movie. Im not sure if I'll go to see it, only because its coming out when all these music festivals are going on but Im sure I'll download it if I can find a good enough copy.
