a Claymore would be pretty usefull.

plenty of weight behind it. I'd do it ala swing round the top of my head whilst screaming then chop the guys head off quick time :D

ok.....what if you put someone's head in a bear trap....would that do it? That would be pretty messy. But the messier the better.

bear trap might work depending on make and model as well as tension adjustments, but typically the traps like that are used to catch and keep the critter there, rather than remove their parts.

Nothing worse than a 3 legged bear with an attitude waiting out in the woods for you to come and check your traps

It depends what you're going for. If you want the victim to suffer, then you have to use a blunt weapon ... like a butterknife or a stick of salami.

If you want quick and efficient, I would have to say a lightsaber. Not only does it cut through the flesh like butter, but it cauterizes as it goes! Very little blood.

If you like blood, and want ragged skin, dangling throat, and dripping neck muscles ... I would recommend hanging the victim, then applying heavier and heavier wieghts to his or her legs until the head rips off.
