The Nosferatu remake kicked arse, I'm not usually scared of rats, but the sheer amount used in this movie was unsettling, and the film stands as one of the best remakes ever, carrying the menace from the original which no other vampire movie since has achieved.
Dog soldiers was awesome, not only were the werewolves pretty damn cool (no CGI, hurrah) but I liked every single last one the characters, especially Spoon. It was nice, simple and bloody, as all werewolf movies should be.

Best Vampire film is Near dark!!! Nothing else comes close!
also check mr vampire Vamp the modern ones john capenters vampires,the breed, blade, blade2, and dusk till dawn are fun though! ... but why oh why is there this thing of vampires going to techno clubs and raving in pvc bondage gear, what is that all about? feral cat Last edited by feral cat; 04-13-2004 at 08:12 AM.

1. Vampire Movies- Dusk Till Dawn 1 didn't like 2 & 3 very much, Blade 1 and not 2 just didn't have the edge of Blade 1, Interview with a vampire, Dracula 2000, The Breed and also John Carpenter's Los Muertos.
2. Not watched hardly any Werewolf Movies except for American Werewolf in London

Vampire: Dracula 2000 was pretty good and so was from dusk till dawn just to name a few but my favorite is probably lost boys.
Werewolf: Ginger Snaps hands down IMO its one of the best horror movies ever

Well shit thats not working!! I don't know why I was just in there. I liked it better than any other werewolf movie it came out in 2000. There is a part 2 that just came out in Canada.
