Freddy's Nightmares the Series.
This was a cheesy, but all right T.V series. I'm just wondering what other forum members thought about this show.

I thought it was just another "80's twilight zone/Tales from the Crypt" type deal really, didn't much stand out at all to me...I actually remember distinctly disliking the very first episode.
Though, ONE episode I saw was rather good I thought - one about a detective obsessively investigating a murder case, involving a ring of blood around a chair, cool ending if a little obvious (I was a kid...it wasn't to ME) But yeah overall a shitty series I thought, not one I'd be particularly inclined to buy, and I grew up on Freddy movies...

I enjoyed watching it when it was on TV. Not a bad horror anthology series, IMO.
It's funny Freddy is all over the DVD box though, cuz he's not in the series at all.

I've got about six or seven of the tapes that were released over here. Some of the episodes are pretty cool... haven't watched all of the tapes yet.

this show was TERRRIIIIBBBLEEE! hahaha. i semi still remember the lottery ticket episode. it's funny, and cheesy, and mildly entertaining but god damn was it bad.
Freddy should of have a bigger role becides a stupid story teller.
