Scariest Movie Villains

In the spirit of Halloween, I think it's a good idea to go over some of the scariest movie villains ever. I saw a posting on twop.com today and I thought their list was pretty tame. The only ones I really agreed with were Asami Yamazaki and Jason's mom.
