Pathology
This one really impressed me. I went in with fairly low expectations, which might be why I enjoyed it so much. The whole concept is really cool, the script is well written and the actors do a great job with some really dark material. I'm not going to call it a new favourite or anything, but it's easily one of the best I've seen from the past couple years. Well worth a look.
