2. (Around the beginning i think) A man is walking through a cemetary at night and suddenly a person is bursting up from one of the graves 20 feets up in the air. (might be a vampire)
It may not have been a cemetary, but a park. And the creature/person was jumping up from behind some bushes or trees. Did that help?

It was a made for TV film so that culd be it. The description doesn't really fit but the scene sounds like its from it. No idea bro you've stumped me :)
