Is there any point whatsoever to that movie?

It's the nose...

She should marry Owen Wilson.

The Hills Have Eyes (Remake)

Pretty good remake. It had a good amount of gore. Some of the acting was good at spots and other spots were bad. Overall a pretty good remake.

6/10

Actually, compared to the original i thought this remake was pretty great.

The original, on the other hand, feels very non-horrific, almost comical in some scenes and very outdated.

I enjoyed it a lot maybe a 6/10 isn't the best of a rating. Maybe a possible 6.5-7 I liked it though.

Don't excuse your rating. I think my rating was pretty much the same. Didn't like the original tho.

But i'm still looking forward, with great hope, to Neverwhere (2009)
I think it works out better in novels because of the fact that in your mind your seeing what you think it should look like, and not every director is going to have the same vision as you. I especially love the sandman graphic novels though. I hope they make the first one into a movie and then thats it, the first one was freaking awesome. Hmmm maybe the one with the dreamland too though. That one was great. As long as they stick to the graphic novels and not what a director thinks it should look like, unless Gaiman directs it.

Have you seen Startdust yet? I'm about to watch it. I"m still holding out for Gaiman movies because I love his novels and comics.

btw, I don't know why you were quoted, I think I hit quote instead of quickreply lol sorry. But if I want people to actully respond I might just quote them for no reason and say what I want to, it seems to work out that way. Lol

Bedazzled (2000) for the second time tonight. My favorite guilty pleasure movie.

Michael Clayton.

Great movie. Its stuff like this which makes me wonder if George Clooney will ever realise what potential he has.

It maintains awesome atmospheric suspense throughout the movie, with plot twists and turns which make for compelling viewing. The direction is taut, and the characterisation is perfect. John Grisham didnt write this...but if he watches it once, he would wish he did.

This comes highly recommended from me to Rod, Alky, Des, Newb, Jenna, Return, Fortunato and all lovers of fast, suspenseful cinema.
