Deniro's only good horror film was Cape Fear & that was more along the lines of suspense/thriller anyways....

Ken Foree, on the other hand, is the muthafuckin' MAN when it comes to horror!

Since it is screen badass based, and since the Man with No Name series could win Franchise tournament, I will say De Niro. Taxi Driver does examine punk ethics and explore a man becoming unhinged. Taxi Driver is not just AFI material, but also a violent cult classic.
