I am a definite advocate of skim milk, I don't like my milk all thick...
Especially in cereal, when the sugar gets into it and you're left with this white sludge in the bowl.

We only drink 2%
ALL milk has vitamin D, vitamin A, and calcium....The only difference is the amount of milk FAT...And...We just don't really need all of the fat that's in whole milk...
