it really really sucks ... it got aggravated at baseball last night - i could barely swing the bat.

My dad keeps hurting his back as well. I hurt my back trying to pick up my grandmother. It's a bitch when your back gives, and it doesn't just happen to older folks either. I've known a few younger folks besides myself who've had their backs give.

i think the main problem is that i've spent my live being the 'big guy' that everyone got to lift the heavy stuff .. help them move .. etc ..

especially at work .. my team was a bunch of tiny asian guys .. it took 4 of them to pick up a server i could lift myself ... so they just got me to do it all the time.

maybe i'll just go home and try to sleep..
