push ups... they tighten the pectoral muscle in your chest, underneath your boobs, which will lift your boobs and perk up your peaks, to create the illusion of a bigger cleavage. Boobs contain no muscle so the other alternative is implants.

nothing grosses me out more than having a doctor remove my nipples, man handle my poor innocent breast, shove baggies into the fatty tissue that IS my breast and then sow the nipple back on, only to have it get infected and rott off, letting all the contents of my fun bags spill to the floor in a rancid pile of goo. *shudders* I think I'll do some push ups, but they don't sag or anything. Why is this a conversation about my boobs? and what were those other options?
