You know what the funny and scary part was? The DMV dude wasn't even wearing a seat belt.

The scariest thing is how much the driving instructor is talking and distracting Michael from driving. And then he wonders why Mr. Myers makes mistakes?

and to think, him killing his sister could have been a 1 time thing until this guy pissed him off.
