Day of the Dead
Hey all, this is my first thread on this great site, and it has probally been used before, sorry if it has. but i just want to express my opinions on this film, and see where you stand. me i love this, to me its Romeros best. the gore and the realism just freak me out. and how could you not love bub. thanks all, i hope to have fun on here

It is a great horror film. I love Capt. Rhodes. He's the ultimate asshole.

I watched it again, and this movie gets better and better. I keep finding sickass looking zombies that I missed before. You know it would be cool if they made a remake of the original script ...

in my twisted little world, George A. Romero is God... and Day of the Dead is shown religiously every saturday night.
Day is a wonderful film, the effects are so much better, the blood doesn't look like nail polish like it did in Dawn. They really nailed it with this one, i could almost feel the despair and the aggravation the characters dealt with. my favorite scene, apart from Rhodes gettin ripped apart and Bub saluting him lol, was when they pulled that guy's head off... and you could hear the pitch in his voice getting higher and higher as he screamed. that was classic!! Yay for Day! :D

Day of the Dead (1985) is my favorite out of all of the Romero Dead films. Lori Cardille as Sarah was amazing casting.
