The horrible autumn wind.
Jesus, walking my friends dog 3 miles just wore me out horribly.
I need to get some more excercise. Seriously. I'm house sitting for my friend this weekend, and I just got back from taking his dog for a walk. A couple of miles seemed like I walked to Maine and back. I'm winded. I think 30 year old Flayed needs to hit the treadmill a little more often and the beer a little less. Sheesh.

I feel ya. I definatly need to get back in shape just a walk through the super market kills me. I think i need me some jenny craig lol

i was told to stay the hell off my knee for the last 2 months ... longest i've gone without physical activity since i can remember.
so i was going to start tae kwon do again and thought i'd do some time on the treadmill - and some pushup/situps first to see how i'd do .. holy crap - i have no cardio. its gone. i'm not going back to TKD until i get that back so i dont explode my heart during the warmups. |

I used to walk at least two miles a day just getting to by bus stop and back. When our warehouse moved across town, I started carpooling. I haven't had much exercise for a few months, and last night proved to me I need to get out more often.
