Yeah ,cold in LA? That's what...67 degrees? LOL

It's cold,but not snowing.
I hate cold weather,I hate being cold.
And my yearly battle begins with the room temperature controller.
My husband puts the heat at 65 degrees,I think this year I am going to declare him mentally incompetent and have him locked in a rubber room cause that is INSANE.

I think I'll win the battle this year:D

I love fall weather though,jacket weather,baggy clothes weather,cute boot weather,don't have to watch everything I eat weather:D

Yes, it's true: When people in Los Angeles complain about cold weather, they usually sound like pussies because the weather they are describing is much warmer than the cold weather most people have to deal with. Of course, to them, 40 or 50 degrees F IS cold! But we're still all wimps anyhow.

What surprises me is when I travel out of Los Angeles to some higher area in the wintertime, not even into the "mountains," technically, but just the higher-altitude desert. In the winter, many of these areas are just crawling with snow! I've been driving maybe for an hour away from a place that's toasty warm and suddenly, SHWING! Snow everywhere!

Funny thing though: Whenever I get into an area that's actually, literally freezing and covered in snow, the temperature seems much more tolerable to me than when it is just chilly at home. I've noticed this happening time and time again when I travel to a snowy area.

I'm in Orange County, south of LA, and you couldn't pay me to go east of Las Vegas in the winter. Ah hell, spring, summer and fall too!!!
