Wendigo

This movie about an old Indian legend Monster is coming on the Sundance Channel at 10p Thurs. eve. Stars "Dewey" from Malcolm in the Middle.

Anyone planning on seeing it?

Well, I rented it one weekend and couldn't finish it. But what I saw of it was just boring. It didn't seem to be going anywhere, there were no real scares, and I couldn't stand the characters (they were so character-less it wasn't funny. Take the most predictable, mundane people with no personalities you can find and write a film about them experiencing something out of place. And you got Wendigo).

I gotcha.....I'm going to see it, and see if I fall asleep on it.

Hey Ninja Moo.....you have cable or satellite? I have satellite, Directv. Directv and Dishtv have Independent Film Network (IFC) and Sundance. Check your cable stations to see if you have Sundance. When nothing on HBO or Cinemax is on, I usually go to these two channels. They have the most interesting and foreign films. I love these channels. I saw some pretty good film on these channels.

I have DirecTV too. Speaking of which, do you happen to know when The Horror Channel will be premiering? And on what station?

Are they really doing the Horror Channel? Last I heard it was still up in the air if they were going to make it or not...

I was at their website today, and from what I read, it looks like it's all ready to go! I was trying to find out when it would air, but there was no information there about that. All it said was "October 2004".
