Just kidding. Got to be fairly modern. It's like something one would see from the The Thing 2011 (prequel to The Thing). It had insect/segmented legs coming out of bodies, but I saw that movie, and I don't remember this shot specifically. Actually the look of it, black and white and all, it might be a Guillermo del Toro movie.
