What is this movie.. !? please help. EDIT - SOLVED!

I know it's hard, but please give it a a try. I've been desperately searchin for it...
It is like from early or mid 90's I suppose... I remember seeing a trailer, when I was a kid. There's this one scene I remember..

It's like this main charecter (young man, about 25yrs) sitting in a office with a doctor of professor of somekind.
here's the dialog ... I might not get it all exactly how it was, but

Main character saying : "I feel like something is not right ..."
Doc answers : "How do you mean that?? What exactly??"
He responds: "I have this strange feeling that something is happening.."
Conversation goes on...
Then man grabs an apple from his desk... bites it... and spits out the bitten piece and looks at the apple and it's like entirely full or worms ...


and the other scene... I think it was from the same movie.. but I might be mistakin. ... It was like a man walking in a bedroom.. it's dark... he says something .. and get's a women responding from a bed something like "oh well it's nice that you dropped by.. I was expecting you.." .. and then she get's out of bed on HER HANDS... starts walking.. and you realize that she's some kind of a mutant.. had two heads if i remember correctly ..

man falls.. she walks close to his face and starts to scream..

... at first I thought it was Stephen King's ... well I downloaded his movie pack.. and it wasn't there ..

really hoping that somebody will recognize this.. it's like the scariest thing I remember..

It's a horror/comedy much like Night Of The Creeps.You'll find out when you watch it. It's completely over the top, and not for the squeamish. I loved it.:D

Sure! I've been remembering those scenes for years :D that's insane. And I've never seen it.
Just watched the trailer.. only thing that I feel sorry for is that it won't be too scary I suppose :) .. like back then when I was 3 or 4 yrs old. just a little too late heh..
